About

I am a PhD Candidate in Political Science at NTNU. My dissertation examines whether and how transitional justice mechanisms such as trials, truth commissions, reparations and institutional reforms impact post-conflict economic development.

Before NTNU, I received an MA in International Relations and Regional Studies, specializing in Russia and Eurasia Studies, from the University of Tartu, Estonia. I received my BA in Economics from Bilkent University, Turkey.
